Surface requirement:
Flatness: The wave height must not exceed 3 mm within 1 m, and there should be no obvious waves exceeding 3/m.
Side bending: The product should not bend more than 0.5mm on any length of 2000mm.
End warpage: The products must be cut to a length of 1500mm or less, with a maximum end warpage height of 5mm. No joints are permitted.
Surface: The appearance quality of the product should not be affected by any serious bubbles, missed coatings, scratches, corrosion, oil stains, peeling, stripes, color differences, speckles, roll printing, periodicity, etc. Additionally, the burr should be equal to or less than 0.04mm.
End face: The end face should be neat, tightly rolled, with no loose layers. The layers should be staggered by ≤ 2mm and the tower shape should be ≤ 5mm.
